<h2>How it works</h2>

<p>Every print is made to order. When you place an order, your chosen painting is printed on gallery-grade cotton-blend canvas, quality-checked, and carefully packed for shipping — either rolled in a protective tube or hand-stretched over a solid wooden frame, depending on the format you choose.</p>

<h2>Production time</h2>

<p>Production takes 5–10 working days from the date your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your print has been dispatched.</p>

<h2>Shipping</h2>

<p>We ship worldwide from our international fulfilment network. Delivery times vary by destination:</p>

<p><strong>Rolled canvas (protective tube):</strong> typically 5–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.</p>

<p><strong>Stretched canvas (ready to hang):</strong> typically 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination. Stretched prints are larger and heavier, so delivery may take a little longer.</p>

<p>Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and format of your order.</p>

<h2>Orders within Zimbabwe</h2>

<p>For prints delivered within Zimbabwe, we offer a separate local ordering and delivery service. Please <a href="https://wa.me/c/263787948316">contact us on WhatsApp</a> to place your order. Local delivery is handled by our trusted fulfilment partner in Harare.</p>

<h2>Returns and quality</h2>

<p>Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.</p>

<p>If your print arrives damaged or there is a fault in production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at <a href="mailto:contact@peteschuil.live">contact@peteschuil.live</a> with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.</p>

<p>We take great care with every print. Each piece is reproduced from a high-resolution scan of Pete's original painting, colour-matched and individually inspected before dispatch.</p>
