I painted this from a photograph of the Msuna Mouth stretch of the Zambezi, taken while staying at Ngwenya Lodge. It's a part of the river I love — especially at the start and end of the day, with the sunrises and sunsets never ceasing to impress. You tend to experience them rather than see them.
